Service and Membership Terms

Important membership terms
Membership is fixed-term and stops at expiry. There is no automatic renewal or automatic charge. Annual benefits unlock monthly for 12 months, and the three allowance categories are independent.
Service and user responsibilities
Hum2Song provides music-generation, transcription, stem-separation, and AI-assistant workflows. Generated output is a draft aid and not a finished commercial song. You remain responsible for uploaded content, rights review, edits, and publication.
Payment and refunds
An entirely unused membership may be submitted for full-refund review. Permanent credit packs do not automatically qualify under the unused-membership rule; refund requests for those packs are reviewed separately according to actual service delivery, the reason for the request, payment-channel capability, and applicable law.
Duplicate payments, payment without benefit delivery, and major service failures may be handled through replacement, benefit restoration, or refund after verification.
After successful service delivery or usage, refund requests are reviewed manually according to actual service delivery, applicable law, payment-channel capability, and the circumstances. Hum2Song does not currently publish a fixed partial-refund formula. We do not promise automatic approval or automatic completion of partial refunds.
A successfully completed AI generation that does not match subjective expectations is not automatically a technical failure. Failed requests whose credits were restored do not create an additional cash-refund entitlement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
