Account and contact information
Hum2Song may process account and contact information, sign-in state, beta access status, project metadata, uploaded audio and project data, generated audio, melody drafts, and related technical logs needed to operate the service.
Audio and project data are used to provide conversion, editing, storage, playback, and support workflows. Beta features may change as the product is tested and improved.
How information is used
We use service data to authenticate users, operate Studio and Cloud features, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
We do not ask users to place secrets, passwords, or payment details inside music projects or support messages.
